Saviano, Angelo "Skip"; Friends Of

Friends of Saviano is the political action committee for Rep. Angelo “Skip” Saviano (R-River Grove), who has served in the state House of Representatives since 1993. He is a member of the Executive, Registration and Regulation, Appropriations-Public Safety, Public Utilities, and Aging committee, and chairs the Committee on Registration and Regulation. Saviano also chairs the House Republican Organization, the political fundraising committee of the House Republican caucus responsible for electing and retaining House Republicans. Saviano was the sole Republican co-sponsor of state legislation to legalize medicinal marijuana. This legislation was approved into law in 2009.

Friends of Saviano is a career patron of House Republican Leader Tom Cross.
