Jacobs, Gerard

Gerard Jacobs is currently the Diector of the Disaster Mental Health Institute and a professor of psychology at the University of South Dakota. He was a member of the American Red Cross Disaster Services Human Resources and the American Red Cross Aviation Incident Response Team, and served as the American Red Cross National Consultant for Disaster Mental Health from 1992 through 2000.

Gerard Jacobs is a career patron of Governor Pat Quinn (D).

From January 1, 1993 through June 30, 2004, Gerard Jacobs gave $15,000 to candidates for Illinois statewide constitutional and legislative office. 100% went to Democrats.
