KOMPAC State Victory Fund

KOMPAC State Victory Fund is a political action committee of former-U.S. House Speaker Dennis Hastert. Hastert served in the Illinois House of Representatives for six years before being elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1986. In 1999, he was elected Speaker of the House, the third highest elected official in the U.S. government.  Hastert resigned his seat in November 2007 and currently works as a lobbyist with Dickstein Shapiro LLP.

From January 1, 1993 through June 30, 2004, KOMPAC State Victory Fund contributed $601,000 to candidates for Illinois statewide constitutional and legislative office, all to Republicans.
