Leasing Employment Services was incorporated on September 18,1996, and is an employment agency located in Chicago. The Secretary of State dissolved the company in February 2001 for failure to file an annual report. After the necessary paperwork was filed, the Secretary of State issued a certificate of reinstatement on June 7, 2001.
