Gutierrez, U.S. Congressman Luis

U.S. Representative Luis Gutierrez, a former Chicago alderman, served in Congress with former Governor Rod Blagojevich from 1997 through 2002. He was an early endorser of Blagojevich's gubernatorial candidacy, and has appeared in Spanish-language television ads for Blagojevich. Congressman Gutierrez sits on the executive committee for the Hispanic Caucus Institute and the Financial Services Committee.
