Valley Ambulatory Surgery
Valley Ambulatory Surgery Center (VASC) is a St. Charles-based outpatient surgery center. VASC identifies itself as a "Pro-Life Surgery Center."
From 1993 through December 31, 2002, Valley Ambulatory Surgery gave $108,000 to candidates for Illinois statewide constitutional and legislative office, 81% of which was contributed to Republicans.
